In the meantime, though, it’s not hard.  1. Pull a strip the length you want your handle to be in the color of the inside stripe  2. Fold in half, sticky sides together.  3.  Pull a strip the same length of the color you want on the outside.  4.  Stick folded strip in the middle of the outside strip.  4.  Fold the top and bottom to finish the handle

Half StripSometimes a narrower strip than than standard 2″ish tape is needed for a project.  To make a half strip, simply rip or cut the tape straight down the legth of tape so you have two separate strips that are roughly 1″ wide.

Over-lap and Peel: When laying out several strips of tape, it is generally required to over-lap each layer by about 1/2″ in order to peel up easily.  When peeling, start at one corner in the bottom of project and carefully peel UP so all the layers come up in one piece. Sometimes, especially on a large project, it is helpful to trim off any jagged edges with an Xacto knife or to peel from the sides a ways to get it started.
